The two who came to wash the windows were very polite, and they were thorough and efficient. I'm extremely pleased with how clean the windows are. I will definitely call Prime Tim...

Worst

I was quoted $140 Then I was told it’s $170 Not fair and honest. I won’t hire this company again, because of that.

Prompt, courteous and fair pricing. I use them for multiple properties for both windows, gutter cleaning and power wasihing. Definitely recommended. more

Great customer service 6/24/2015

Was referred to Prime Time by a co-worker who liked them a lot. They seemed to have done a good job and cleaned up after. Had to call the company after work was done because invoice was higher than quoted (extra work had to be done), however, the owner adjusted the price promptly to a fair amount I was happy with. Will use them again. more

We hired Prime Time to clean over 120 windows on two three-story buildings. Screens had to be removed and cleaned and windows hadn't been cleaned in several years. The two person crew worked diligently and thoroughly for more than a day and a half. All 8 unit owners were very satisfied with the work. We had no idea how dirty our windows were, until they were cleaned by Prime Time!!! more

Unlikely to ask them back 6/24/2015

Price was very good, until cleaners arrived on site. Then they said they needed more money because of the storm windows. Storms were discussed with office before I agreed to appointment. Finally agreed to do windows for originally quoted price. They absolutely destroyed a large yew that was under the front dining room window. Very unhappy about that. more

Cleaned the gutters, but didn't clean up. 6/15/2015

The man came to clean my gutters ahead of schedule, which was nice, but he left all the mess all over the stoop and sidewalks. For $80 I expected a little more service. more
