I was quoted $140 Then I was told it’s $170 Not fair and honest. I won’t hire this company again, because of that.

The fellow who came out to wash our windows did not really have any I.D. on him. He also charged me more than I had initially agreed with "Larry." Not sure of the person who gave me the quote on the phone. Overall, nice job! more

Simply the best company of its kind. 6/10/2015

Prime Time Windows has cleaned my windows, storms, screens (inside and out), and also power washed my house, for the past few years. Nobody does it better. Nobody else does a quality job more economically. Nobody else has a more professional, courteous and well-trained work staff. I will never use another company. I have recommended them to several of my neighbors and know they will be pleased with the results. more

Coupon not honored 6/9/2015

They came on time and did a quality job, however, when the time came to pay for the cleaning, they did not honor the $40 coupon on their web site... that is automatically built into the price of what they quote you, so it does not matter whether or not you mention the coupon. I called prior to get a quote for the cleaning and they told me it would be $160 ($200 minus $40 coupon). When I was charged for the job, they charged $200 and said that the $40 coupon was already built into that rate. more

I called and receieved a quoted price I said ok. They came did the job. They left a invoice for a higher price. When I called and complained they said would they would change back and didn't do it. Also wouldn't let use the coupon I printed off their website. Won't use again. more

The technician arrive on time. After he looked over the house, he provided a quote for the work. The work was well done. The Technician made sure all indoor surfaces were covered. The windows were spotless!! My Mailman and neighbors noticed right away. Will use again in the Fall for the gutter cleaning. more
