The two who came to wash the windows were very polite, and they were thorough and efficient. I'm extremely pleased with how clean the windows are. I will definitely call Prime Tim...

Worst

I was quoted $140 Then I was told it’s $170 Not fair and honest. I won’t hire this company again, because of that.

Gutter Cleaning 5/27/2015

Gutters got cleaned out. Windows have to be washed now because they spraded them. BTW, that would be an extra charge for them to clean them. Lot's of hidden fees with Prime Time. Especailly if you're looking for quotes, they didn't share everything. more

Just ok 5/13/2015

The last time I used your service I had both in and outside windows done. You did a great job. This time I just had the outside not including 5 of the outside windows I did last time because they are barred and I didn't feel they needed it. The guy said he had me down for both in and out, not what I had scheduled for. So he added up in his head the windows I requested and it ce ro like $185. This seemed like a lot. I know I had both in and out done by you last time for a similar price. This did not make sense. The windows were just ok. The guy cleaning them was very nice. more

The service person who came this year worked very quickly and did a good enough job considering the amount of windows and gutters he cleaned by himself. I have to add though, that he was not as detail oriented or meticulous as last years crew of two, who did an excellent job and left every window sparkling clean. more

The gentlemen were polite and took great care to get the job done without any drips or drops on surrounding area. The men did a very good job. Language was a little bit of a problem but we were able to communicate and job was done in a timely manner. I have Prime Time Windows come out twice a year and will continue to do so. Excellent value for an excellent job. I highly recommend their services. more

5/12/2015 You did a fine job. We recommended you to another unit owner in our building & they too were satisfied. Two issues. The work that was done was thorough and well done. 5/12/2015

In spite of the fact that the team arrived later than scheduled, they did a fine job cleaning the windows and gutters. One downspout was repaired as requested. The office had said the workmen could also check around all the windows for holes in the stucco and fix as needed but the workmen said that patching any holes they might find was beyond their scope of service. more
