I have a two story home with over fifty windows. I was told there would be a few guys on the team that would be able to get all of them done within a few hours, inside and out. The weather forecast was iffy that morning so I called Prime Time to cancel but was told they were on their way. This was at 8:30 am. I expected to see someone show up within the hour. The worker arrived at 10:50 am! When the man...yes man, not a team of men...showed up I could barely communicate with him because his English was so poor. When I would say something to him or ask him something he would just stand there and smile. When he did speak I couldn't figure out what he was saying.It was getting colder as the day went on so he was only able to do the first floor and two second story windows over-looking our foyer. He didn't pay much attention to wiping off the grates in the windows or ledge. Some I had to do myself after he finished. The windows themselves were okay though. As you can tell I was less than satisfied.
