The two who came to wash the windows were very polite, and they were thorough and efficient. I'm extremely pleased with how clean the windows are. I will definitely call Prime Tim...

I was quoted $140 Then I was told it’s $170 Not fair and honest. I won’t hire this company again, because of that.

Wonderful!!! 6/19/2014

I loved it. My windows and screens were sparkling clean. I'm on a fixed budget so I was hoping they would be a little less but I guess you get what you pay for and they were worth the money. I definitely plan to have them clean my windows again and will recommend them to my daughters and friends. more

The two young men who did our windows were very polite and courteous. There was a bit of a mix up on the pricing, but it was straightened out very quickly. They did an excellent job and did more than I expected them to. I would highly recommend this Prime Time. Only suggestion I would have is that they wear booties or remove their shoes when going in and out of the house. more

Good service with minor gutter debris issue 6/18/2014

Prime Time did a nice job on windows. They were prompt/efficient. Gutter debris should have been bagged, but some fell on flowers/patio which was not picked up. more

Gutters Cleaned But They Left a Mess 6/14/2014

Technician did not clean up debris at downspouts. We were left with a mess to pick up after he left. We were over-charged for downspout cleaning. Technician washed debris into the downspouts then charged for cleaning the downspout. One of the downspouts charged for is protected by gutter guards. If I had been home at the time of cleaning I may been able to correct some of this. more

I called them for gutter cleaning and they did very good job. 6/11/2014

After they left, my husband came home in the evening and he thought they missed one section of gutter so I called them and their people came and they checked doubtful gutter and cleaned while it was raining. I am very happy with their service more

hard workers but work was not carefully done 6/11/2014

I was happy to have clean windows after this tough winter and looking forward to spring cleaning. The crew was an hour late, which was not really a problem, but could have been if on a tight schedule. The next day I did notice all the places where the windows were streaked and corners missed. It was obvious to my family too. Since I was not available during the service, I did not see what was happening. My happiness quickly turned to disappointment when I saw the sloppy job that was done. I will reconsider using Prime Time again. more

My windows didn't look any different. He didn't do a very good job. 6/10/2014

I have casement windows which are very easy to clean. My patio window had smudges on the inside and he didn't bother to take the window apart. My screens were also not very clean. Your prices also went up which I was never told. I paid $230 for an hour. I'm sorry that's ridiculous. I won't be using this company again. more
