The two who came to wash the windows were very polite, and they were thorough and efficient. I'm extremely pleased with how clean the windows are. I will definitely call Prime Tim...

Worst

I was quoted $140 Then I was told it’s $170 Not fair and honest. I won’t hire this company again, because of that.

Prime Time Window Cleaning always does a fantastic job for us. We've been using them for years and have only been pleased with their work. We have a handful of windows that are pretty difficult to reach from the outside but they never miss a spot. Will and his team are very friendly, professional, and competent. They do a stellar job for a very reasonable price. After every job, they leave our windows looking brand new. I'd definitely recommend them. more

Great, professional, honest service! 4/22/2014

During a rainstorm, we realized our gutters weren't working properly. Prime Time Windows were at our home in less than an hour (after rain stopped). They cleaned and inspected our gutters and downspouts. They had an opportunity to upsell us, but chose the honest route! Would recommend and use again! Very nice and professional! more

Experience Improved 4/15/2014

Initially, I gave a Needs Improvement in all areas. But, since that time, the President of the Company reached out to have my windows that were not completely clean re-done. The person came out that day and cleaned up 3 or 4 windows. I appreciated that the company would recognize their mistake and offer to make everything right. more

Not worth the money 4/12/2014

Hired them with the promise that they would remove the calcification from the siding. Some areas of the siding looks striped and they reassured me they would eliminate the stripes. Cost over $500 and the issue is still there. They didn't even offer a discounted price due to the fact they didn't fix what they promised. It was a complete waste of my money and time. more
