The two who came to wash the windows were very polite, and they were thorough and efficient. I'm extremely pleased with how clean the windows are. I will definitely call Prime Tim...

Worst

I was quoted $140 Then I was told it’s $170 Not fair and honest. I won’t hire this company again, because of that.

This company is great. I called them on April 18,2013. The day of the big flood. They came on that same day. They unclogged my gutter and cleaned up the debris. Will definitely use them again. more

Great experience! 4/23/2013

I had a great experience with Prime Time Window Cleaning. I made the appointment Thursday morning, and had someone at my door Thursday afternoon. The service men were polite, fast, and clean. Aside from the cleanliness of our gutters, you would never had even known they were here! Thanks for doing such a fantastic job. We will certainly be doing business with Prime Time Window Cleaning again in the future. more

I needed my windows cleaned badly - a simple google search led me to Prime Time Window Cleaning...a day later I had the professionals at my house, windows look like new, and it didn't cost me an arm and a leg. I even added the gutter cleaning service (wow, mine were bad). The whole process was completely seamless. Trust these guys to do good work - you can't go wrong. more

Workman excellent, office poor. 12/4/2012

Scheduled appointment making it clear I had a large picture window that needed multiple people to get in and out. The first appt. One guy showed up telling me he needed 2 people to do the work. Second appt. I called to confirm they were sending 2 people and was told that they were running behind and there wasn't enough daylight left we had to reschedule. When the crew came for the third appt the bill was recalculated to be almost 50 bucks more. I was desperate being the day before thanksgiving. I will say they did a GREAT job and there is nothing like having all your windows clean at the same time. I think I will try someone else next time and see if I have a better experience. more

Very good work but didn't provide estimate for other work. 12/2/2012

The gutter and downspout service was great. They were able to complete the job within just a few days. My only complaint is that we had asked for an estimate for gutter guards and were not given one. When I asked about it I was told that the workers didn't realize they were supposed to leave an estimate. Someone was to come out within the next week at no charge to do the estimate. We haven't heard a thing. more

Would not use again 11/20/2012

I got a quote for 8 windows and a patio door, cleaning inside and outside, for $90. The guy showed up at my house and started cleaning windows outside without letting us know he was there and which windows I wanted cleaned. He then said he was only going to do the outside because the insides look clean - which they hadn't been cleaned in years. He was a poor listener and did a rush job, thoroughly frustrating my husband. So I guess I paid $90 for an hours work! Would not use them again. more

Service good and quick but charged for extra work 11/7/2012

Service was good overall. I asked for 1 downspout to be cleaned but they did 3 and charged me for it. There were some small leaves left stuck to top of gutter in some places but overall ok. more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR GIVE THEM YOUR PHONE NUMBER EVER!!!!! As other people have mentioned they continue to make solicitation calls and they do not remove your name when you ask. I have asked to speak to a manager several times who continues to say they have removed my name but I keep getting calls. I don't even live in Illinois anymore. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau to file a complaint. This company is completely irresponsible and horrible. Do not use them or give them your number. more

Good news, bad news. 7/30/2012

The original cleaning dupo that showed up at my home tried to charge me 2 1/2 times what I had been quoted. I dismissed them. PTWC called me back and sent out someone else-that same day. He did a great job at the original quoted price, but since he was alone it took him much longer to finish than I had planned. In fact, he needed a second day. more
