I was quoted $140 Then I was told it’s $170 Not fair and honest. I won’t hire this company again, because of that.

Will Dron was great to work with. He responded to my request immediately and insisted that my requests to (1) have the gutters completely cleaned, and the gutters and downspouts blown out removing any residual debris, and (2) all debris was removed from the premises, would be done. Finally, as a bonus, when I got home that night, the driveway, and brick pavers were completely cleaned of any fallen debris. I will definitely contract with them again for future jobs, and would highly recommend them to others. more

Service with the sales rep was very fast and easy. I was able to communicate via email in order to schedule an appointment and get an estimate. The gutter cleaning service was done within one hour and I was able to get the roof assessed as well more

They contacted me by email right away after I requested a quote. The email included the full price quote. They followed up with a phone call within hours of the email to ask if I had further questions. When I contacted them on Thursday, they offered to get the job done the next day. I scheduled them they came, completed the job and cleaned up after themselves. Their price was reasonable and I am very happy with their service. more

Marketing Epic Fail! 7/27/2010

The National Do Not Call List is there to protect consumers from nuisance companies hassling them. When a company like this doesn't even bother to check the NDNC List?which they are supposed to do by law?it says "I could care less what you want, I want my dollar!" And I am not doing business with someone who can't respect me as a customer. Pros: Meh Cons: Don't care about hassling people on the phone. more

Disappointed 4/1/2010

I was extremely disappointed with Prime Time window cleaning. Changed appointment 3 times! The last straw was when they promised a 9 a.m. appointment and when I called they said 10:30 a.m. They never called to let me know they would be late, I had to call looking for them. I don't think I will give them another chance! more
