The two who came to wash the windows were very polite, and they were thorough and efficient. I'm extremely pleased with how clean the windows are. I will definitely call Prime Tim...

Worst

I was quoted $140 Then I was told it’s $170 Not fair and honest. I won’t hire this company again, because of that.

Prime Time Window Cleaning showed up on time and cleaned the gutters with no mess and then washed all the windows in and out and left no wet spots on the wood sills. more

Two thumbs up! 4/20/2011

I have used Prime Time for the last few years and they always do a good job for us. We get our windows cleaned in Spring and windows + gutters in Fall and we haven't been disappointed yet. Plus, the prices haven't gone up in 3 years unlike almost everything else! I am glad to come here and give them a good review. Two thumbs up.! more

They did my windows and door glass a few days ago and all the glass looks pretty good. It sure beats having to do it myself and climb a ladder. I would use them again. more

We had Prime Time out to clean our windows and they did a good job. A lot of our windows have mullions and each little square has to be cleaned separately. The cleaners seemed to work pretty dilligently and everything looks really good now. No complaints. more

Prime Time did great! They came, they were clean, they were neat, they were fast, and they were efficient. If I saw something that needed to be done over again, or if there was something they forgot, they went and did it without any attitude. They were nice, they were quiet, and they were good! more

Fantastic 4/11/2011

The man from the office called and said he would give me a phone quote to wash my windows. He told me $110 to do the outsides of 46 windows. My house is 2 stories. He said he would give me a $10 senior citizen discount so it seemed reasonable. The gentlemen were very polite. They counted the windows to make sure that the price was right. They took about an hour and they showed me what they had done and it looked fantastic. I will call them in the fall for another cleaning and try them on the gutters after the leaves fall. more

AVOID!!!! AVOID!!!! 4/8/2011

I used this company FOUR years ago! They have harassed me since then. I have told them to take me off their list politely and I have cussed them up one side and down the other. I have moved to TWO states since I used them. I don't even live in Illinois! I live 1400 miles away! They've promised to remove me from the list. and haven't! I have filed complaints w/ DNC & FCC. To top it off - they SUCK! They were FOUR hours late and then the driver begged me for $15. I told him to leave. Funny...he didn't understand me when I spoke to him but clearly asked me for $15 for ""gas"" before he left. TERRIBLE!!!!!!! stay away! THEY SUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!! more

I was pleasantly surprised. I had them out to clean all the winter gunk out of my gutters. Not only did they completely clean out the gutters, roofline, and downspouts but they also did some minor reattachment of the downspouts that I was going to hire someone else to do. These folks are pretty good. more

Convenient and Affordable... 3/31/2011

I had Primetime out to wash the windows and while they were here, I let them do the gutters too (after a quote). The cleaners were neat and professional. They cleaned the gutters by hand and bagged all the garbage. They flushed out the downspouts until they ran clean. The windows were sparkly clean and they even wiped the sills. And the price was very reasonable! I will definitely use them again in the Fall. more
