I was quoted $140 Then I was told it’s $170 Not fair and honest. I won’t hire this company again, because of that.

Regret Hiring Prime Time 4/9/2012

I had Prime Time clean my windows last year and will not be having them come back again. They did a sloppy job. My windows didn't look any better after then they did before they were cleaned. They complained while they were doing the work at how dirty the windows were and how hard they were to clean. AND they broke a screen and it took 2 1/2 weeks to get them to fix it and drop it back off at my house. There are better choices out there! Hire someone else instead. more

HARD SELL MARKETING; VIOLATES DO NOT CALL ACT 3/23/2012

They've called me for years, despite my being on the Do Not Call list and being asked every year to remove me from their calling list. One time, the caller argued with me, claiming we had a 'preexisting business relationship"", which, if true, I don't remember and has to be more than 15 years ago. He got really testy with me - a GREAT way to sell your service! I'm filing a complaint with the FTC. more

DO NOT USE - 3/19/2012

This place started calling me in 2008 and time and time again I told them "NO". Last year I listened to their sales pitch by someone who assured me they were the "salesperson". Upon receiving a quote, I set an appointment because their prices were too good to be true. They sent two mexicans that barely spoke english but could speak a much higher price, more than double what I was quoted - many "add ons" they do not mention on the phone. When they phoned the office I spoke with 3 different people who tried to get my business. They assured me they had NO salespersons, only telemarketers that obviously know very little. The guy that came to do the cleaning said this happens all the time. I did not go thru with the cleaning and told 2 of the 3 people I spoke with to take me off of their list. Between June & October 2011 rec'd calls every month, asked them not to call again. This evening at 7 p.m. rec'd call & asked to be taken off their list then asked for the callers name. He refused to give me his name. This place is a joke. Get used to seeing this because I'm posting it everywhere, this place should not be in business Pros: null Cons: null more

Gutter Cleaning 11/30/2011

The gentleman that came out to clean the gutters was prompt, friendly, personable, and very knowledgeable. The work was done in a tiemly manner, and he was very meticulous. He moved the ladder every few feet to make sure the gutters were thoroughly cleaned. I will definitely use them again. more

A little higher than most quotes, but quality service and thorough work 11/6/2011

The quote I received was higher than most and they charge a $5 fee for clearing each downspout; however, in this case the extra money is well worth the investment. I received same day service and the work was thorough, complete, and clean. I will definitely use Prime Time Window Cleaning again. more

First, I was called back immediately after leaving a message. Second, they showed up the next day, ON TIME, did a very good job. They said it would take about two hours and it did! And the bill was exactly what we discussed on the phone. How much better can you get? more

Harrassing Company 10/7/2011

I did business with them several years ago and I regret hiring them. They did an average job. The regret comes from years of pestering and harrassment of phone call barrages. They will call you about every 3 weeks to once a month until the end of time. I have repeatedly told them not to call me ever again. Every time they tell me that they would take me off the list and they never do. I have been on the Do Not Call registry since even before I did business with them. It has been many years past the 18 month window the Do Not Call registry requires and yet they still continue to call and pester. I have registered complaint violations several times but it seems to do no good. If you value your privacy and do not wish to be called, do not do business with them. more

Prefection, on price service and performance 7/27/2011

They have clarity on the cost structure, they keep their word on the discounts, they show up on time or early, their service personal are professional in every respect, the results are excellent all around. You can feel comfortable letting them into your home. Their office communication and follow up errors on the side of caution. I had to write this because business ethics are mostly absent in this era of mega corporate legalized criminality, Sears is guilty of it the banks are guilty of it and our legislators are all guilty of it. So support local business while their still around. more

Great job cleaning the outside of the windows for our condo building. They were able to complete the job in 2 days time. They also offered to clean the screens, but missed some of the screens, though did not charge for these. more
