The two who came to wash the windows were very polite, and they were thorough and efficient. I'm extremely pleased with how clean the windows are. I will definitely call Prime Tim...

Worst

I was quoted $140 Then I was told it’s $170 Not fair and honest. I won’t hire this company again, because of that.

Not completely happy. 4/10/2014

The bid over the phone was different than the detailed bill I had to pay. The outside windows at the front of the house were clean and looked good. The back windows were streaked. I had them only do the outside windows and when I went to clean the inside of those windows, I discovered the streaks and the leftover dirt from the squeegee that was used. more

Prime Time Window Cleaning Inc. does great power washing! 4/8/2014

This is my second time using Prime Time Window Cleaning Inc. The first I used them they cleaned my windows. I thought that they did a fantastic job and I was very satisfied. I did not know that they did power washes but found them when I looked up "power washing" online. I was thrilled when I saw their name come up. They came out to power wash my deck. It was a cold and rainy day but they did the work anyway. The work is not complete yet. They still need to come back to seal it when it is totally dry. The technicians are very professional and informative. So far, everything looks really good. more

quote was much less than actual charge - to get the job? 12/20/2013

I do not believe it was a "bad" fee - probably reasonable, but NOT what was quoted. I have ice build up on the highest gutters - never did before - hope they are actually cleaned - I could not check. The folks I talked with were nice - but not sure if their quoting and the work done were as "nice." more

At 8am requested to come a day earlier than reserved appt. Agreed to allow then did not come and did not call. By 4 pm I called and they said my house was done and bill on the door. No bill was present no work was done, They did come on the normal appt day and work completed was good more

Window and Gutter Cleaning 9/30/2013

Wow....when the gentleman that showed up (by himself) I was really worried as we have a house with lots of windows and a sunroom as well. This guy was amazing! The windows looked better that day then they did when they were first installed. He was a hard worker and cleaned the entire window, sill and all. No streaks either. He also cleaned out our gutters. It's not that often that you get such great service and at a good price....so I'm letting Prime Time Windows know that they need to recognize this hard worker and know I'll be recommending them again and calling next spring! Thanks! more

Not up front about pricing 9/9/2013

Job was well-done, unfortunately the guys that came out didn't tell me any kind of price for doing any other work they said 'needed' to be done. I knew it would be extra but waited for them to tell me how much...and they never said a word until it was time to collect payment. To me that is untrustworthy and I wouldn't recommend them to a friend. There are plenty other companies that will be honest. Hopefully for them it was just that certain employee but I'll go with someone else next time. The job itself was good, but not being honest and upfront with me really put a bad taste in my mouth. more

Great Service/ Watch the quotes 7/14/2013

The service was fast and great, the workers was polite and friendly, the only problem I had was the quote for services did not match my final bill. It was only a couple of dollars over, but when you are on a budget it matters. My advice pay attention to your final bill and call in do not speak to the workers they were not helpful on the quote part. more
