The two who came to wash the windows were very polite, and they were thorough and efficient. I'm extremely pleased with how clean the windows are. I will definitely call Prime Tim...

Worst

I was quoted $140 Then I was told it’s $170 Not fair and honest. I won’t hire this company again, because of that.

I called them 4 times and they never called me back 8/21/2014

I was a repeat customer of Prime Time Window Cleaning.They washed my windows and cleaned my gutters. They quoted me a price for the job, but when they were finished they wanted $100 more than what was agreed on. I will not continue to use their service. more

I was very happy with the work that Prime Time window cleaning did for me. They cleaned my windows and gutters for a reasonable price and did it quickly and efficiently. Will definitely use them again in the Fall! more

I thought Prime Time was a little over priced and the price went up when I asked about tracks being cleaned. My windows were pretty dirty and do look a lot better but I feel they used smelly rags because I could smell them...and I shouldn't have. I also had to wipe a few windows from streaks that they left because they work too fast. I would probably seek a different company next time. more

Top Notch 8/1/2014

Just had Prime Time out to clean all windows throughout the building. Unit owners complimented how clean the windows, tracks and frames were once they were done saying they were very thorough. Because of their track record for efficiency and courteous workers, we have used them for the last five years and will continue to do so. more

This was my secodn year with Prime Time on cleanign my windows. Although I feel 2 technicians should have been sent to do the job, just as last year, the technician who was her for over 4 hours was great!! Never complained, just go thte job done! more

Be sure to price out each specific job request before having it done. Service was done well. 7/29/2014

Hired them to do windows and gutters. Would have them for windows again, but you can do just as well with most landscapers on the gutter job. Also asked for lights and an entry chandelier to be done, they were expensive. The service tech was very nice and agreeable, but there was an up charge for everything. Know the price list before having the work done. more

I was charged for cleaning almost all of my down spouts and I know that several did not require cleaning. 7/29/2014

I have all oversize gutters. The service man used our hose for washing out the gutters. This was fine, but he did not rewind properly. It's like he piled the hose together and threw it up on the holder. more
