Worst

I was quoted $140 Then I was told it’s $170 Not fair and honest. I won’t hire this company again, because of that.

Good service but calls are annoying 7/29/2014

I'm happy with the gutter cleaning, punctuality and friendliness of the employees. However, I have noticed that even though I don't order the downspout cleaning when I set up the appt. the men that come out do it without asking and then will try to charge you for it., Add to that the company calls all the time to reschedule additional appts...even just a week after the actual appt. It's very annoying. I only need the gutters cleaned twice a year., more

Final price was was over double original quote. 7/26/2014

Prime Time Window Cleaning seems to hire independent contractors to wash windows that have poor communication and interchange with PrimeTime. The two person crew that came to our home had no idea what the original quote was and gave me a final bill for over double the original quote. The crew then stated that "Prime Time does this all the time to their customers.." Additionally, while thorough, it took the crew close to 16 hours (two full days) to complete the job. EXTREMELY slow. We can't devote that much of our time to be home and have windows cleaned. more

Adequate, but keep records that you paid 'cause they don't 7/25/2014

I received multiple calls frim Primetime - each one I called back - asking me for payment. In 2013 and 2014 they claimed they snail mailed by invoice, but I never received either year. I had to request that they email it. In 2014, I got the emailed invoice and mailed them payment the next day. Check cleared bank and they continued to call 2 more times after they cashed my check asking for payment, even going so far on the 2nd call to leave a msg saying I hadn't responded to their repeated requests. I called back and gave them the check info and was told they would let the "owner" know. Looking for a different provider for 2015. Too much work to be a customer of this company. more

this is not a reputable firm. not sure why they keep asking me to give them a good review when i have told them how unhappy i was. when the come to house, they told me work was TWICE as much $$ than what they had quoted. then the work they did was below average. i would NOT ever recommend anyone use them more

Prime Time Window Cleaning came out and did the work, and I even had a couple extra things that they did for me and it all worked out well. I've been using them for a couple years now, and I continue using them because I'm familiar with them. I'm happy with the work that they do and would recommend their services to others. more

I ordered window cleaning for my 90 year old parents. First the guy was late. Then he asked my father to start pulling the screens. I was glad to hear my fathet ignored him. Then he brushed the dirt off the screens on the living room carpet. Then he did outside of windows. There were a few high ones that required a ladder. When he finished he brought the muddy ladder in and put it on the living room carpet, so now there was mud to go along with screen dirt. A five year old has more sense than this individual. more

I have used Prime Time twice now for gutters, power-washing, and windows. They are very responsive and answer phone calls and emails promptly. I like that they call to inquire how everything went after the job is finished. The workers are pleasant and professional. I have used cut-rate gutter cleaning before and it's not worth it because they leave the detritus all over your siding and patio. Prime Time takes the time to bag all the leaves. I highly recommend their services. more
