Very Good 7/1/2009

Polar Bear gave me everything they promised when I dropped my car off. They kept me informed of the progress and even when there wasn't any because of the availabilty of parts. I will recommend them to by family and friends and will be using them in the future for any other probelems I have. more

Unsatifactory work performed 6/22/2009

AC work was completed. Primary issue was not addressed. I still get in and start the car to find hot air blowing. The tires were removed for inspection and the lug nuts were not torqued properly as seen by the missing lug nut on the front passenger side and when I checked the rest of the lug nuts several were way over torqued and several were loose.I requested the emergency brake be checked. I was told the check was free but to adjust was $45. When I picked up the vehicle I was told the adjustment was made without my okay. I paid the $45 because I did eventually want to get it adjusted. I checked the emergency brake that day and it does not feel like it was adjusted at all. more

Not much to say, price lower then quated, service faster than stated. I am an old service writer for a Pontiac dealership in Stockton, back in th 1960's and have never had service this good any where! thats why I did all my own work, until I found Polarbear auto care. Always Good Service 4/25/2009

I have been bringing my troubled vehicle to Polar Bear Auto Care for several years now, they are always fair, professional and very courteous. Sometimes they are busy but I understand with the smaller shops you can't always get what you want. Patience is a vertue it works for me. Check them out and see what I mean. more

This is the second time I have taken a vehicle of mine to your shop. As was the first time, I gave you a possible problem to look for and you gave me honest diagnostics. It could have cost me hundreds or more. But you are one of the few honest places I have ever been. As with my first visit to you. You have my business, and I continue to tell friends and co-workers how you do business. I hope they listen and take there autos to you. more
