Air Conditioner and smog 3/22/2010

My air conditioner went out last year. Polar Bear fixed it, got my oil changed and had my car smogged all for under $700.00. They were very helpful and affordable. more

I checked around a few places. looking for someone to do the 120k service to my Camry. We, like a lot of people, are broke an find that shopping around for a deal is wise time invested. i got a quote from polar bear and took my car there. now what impressed me wasn't just the price. it was the way that instead of trying to milk every penny out of one visit, they were obviously interested in being direct,and honest, and cultivating a relationship. you don't get that anymore, especially with people cutting down on car fixes to save money. they were incredible, and ill be going back for life. more

The general manager Ken exibited a great amount of patience and was able to work with me and my budget in order to meet my repair needs. I was not only impressed with the customer service, but I was pleased to know that if I had any discrepancies with the repairs, that I was not only welcome, but encouraged to bring my car back and they would make it right. Thank you Ken and Art for your pleasant attitudes and wonderful customer service. AND...I will be back! more

6-month air conditioner check 1/23/2010

I would have never remembered to bring my car in for the 6-month air conditioner check if Art did not call me. When they checked the air conditioner they found a leak. They quickly fixed the leak by replacing a hose and o-ring at no cost to me. more
