I was very satisfied with the service done to my car. Plus the staff checked my vehicle for any other problems and took care of little adjustments that other shops would charge extra for. Things like this make me want to come back again for any service my car might need in the future. more

Outstanding Service!! 9/8/2009

I was having A/C problems with my Lexus. I selected Polar Bear Auto Care to do the diagnostics because of the many good reviews they had on their website. My experience was totally AWESOME!! Very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful customer service. My A/C problem was diagnosed and fixed promptly. Once the problem was diagnosed, they called me to tell me what the problem was, give me an estimate on cost to repair and also to get my authorization to complete the repairs. I honestly thought I would be facing a much higher bill than what the actual cost ended up being. I will return to Polar Bear Auto Care anytime I need maintenance or problem diagnosis on all my vehicles from now on. more

The service was excellent and I was kept informed of everything that was going on in the car. The car had been worked on by a "shade tree" mechanic and although not completely fixed it was worth it to get it to its present state. I would definitely use them again and refer others there as well. Thank You Polar Bear!! more

new air conditioner in two days 7/26/2009

Polar Bear quickly replaced my broken condenser in two days. Unfortunately, because of miscommunication, one person told me on the phone that it wasn't done when in fact it was. Because of that, I wasn't able to get my car back for an extra day. Make sure you talk to Kevin and he'll take care of you! more

A defective seal on new compressor led to a happy end result. Repairs were made and handled in a professional manner. Shop seal installation procedure was changed to avoid this problem in future. more
