My Plumber Heating and Cooling

Compressor broke down on a Hotel day. Among 3 estimates, Your Plumber was the only one ready to replace the whole system the following day, plus provides window units while the installation was going on. However, at the end of the day, I noticed that the condensation line was not draining properly and told the installer, I also tried to reach Matthew Brown by phone that evening and several times during the following days, but he never returned my calls. The installer did call for emergency service before he left, and shortly thereafter help arrived. What puzzled me, however, was a - in my opinion - very high quote for this service, which was then reduced to zero. Well. At least there is no more puddle on my utility floor. But it looks more like a temporary solution. And I still have not heard back from Mr. Brown. He also had them move the furnace around, which makes it next to impossible for me to access the storage area behind. more

My repairman was Joshua Frazier. He was on time, before he entered my home he put on booties. He explained everything to me and the cost before he started. Once the work was completed he cleaned up and gave me a thermometer and plunger. He also told me about their club membership. I would recommend Joshua to a friend. more

Our sump pump needed service. He told us both options, more expensive, and less. When we picked less expensive he agreed. Work was done with 20 minutes. He was nice, friendly , fast, and, most importantly, on time for this appointment. It still works 3 weeks later. Highly recommend. more

Expensive hybrid hot water heater ran out of hot water on Day 1, so I increased temp to 125. Same problem on Day 2, so I increased temp to 130. That solved problem. Also not happy that My Plumber took over 5 hours to install new hot water heater. I thought I made a big mistake buying this hot water heater, but I'm happy with it now. more

I had a bad experience with one of their plumbers but I contacted their customer care dept via email and they listened to me and actually took action. I got a fair refund and they assured me corrective action would be taken so my problems didn't happen again. I've used My Plumber in the past and had a great experience with the person that came out. August 12, 2015 Letter of appreciation to Mr. Daniel Delano. Mr. Daniel Delano, arrived at our home on Monday, August 10, 2015, to give an estimate on cleaning the AC duct work, Bath room exhaust duct, Microwave exhaust duct, and dryer duct work and placing bird prevention caps on the outside ends of the duct to prevent birds from getting into the duct work. Mr. Delano was very professional, polite, courteous, friendly, great attitude toward the customer, very customer oriented, excellent customer interface for My Plumber, very knowledgeable, answered all questions, viewed all vent outside exits, took pictures, gave us a quote, we accepted the quote, Before we could sign the agreement, Mr. Miller received a call that the duct work cleaning team was on their way to start cleaning the ducts. This was the fastest response that we had ever seen. We had called other companies and we were told they did not send people out to do estimates, so we called My Plumber which we are thankful for the fast response and for the great duct cleaning. It was a great pleasure to have Mr. Daniel Delano in our home, everything he quoted was completed and we are very satisfied with the fast turnaround on getting the work completed. If My Plumber has an employee recognition program, we recommend that Mr. Delano receive an award for a job well done. Mr. Frye and Mr. Terry wanted to see the work locations, we walked around the house and located all work areas. Mr. Frye and Mr. Terry answered all our questions on how they were going to proceed with the work, and during the process we were shown pictures of the before and after of the work areas. Mr. Frye and Mr. Terry were very Professional, Polite, Courteous, Friendly, and Great Attitude toward the customer, Very Customer Oriented, Excellent Customer Interface for My Plumber, Very Knowledgeable, answered all questions. Mr. Frye and Mr. Terry did an excellent job cleaning all the ductwork, we were amazed at all the dust, bird nest and lent that came out of the ductwork. Mr. Frye and Mr. Terry cleaned up the work areas when the work was completed and they went the extra mile to make sure everything was okay and was clean and placed bird guards over the duct work exit points to keep the birds out. It was a great pleasure to have Mr. Donald Frye and Mr. Michael Terry in our home and when they have some free time I have invited them to go on the boat fishing with me. Mr. Frye and Mr. Terry were very cheerful and happy employees of My Plumber, they were hard workers, great assets to My Plumber and employees of this caliber are hard to find, who represents the company in a very professional and positive manner and has the customer at heart. We are thankful that other companies would not send someone out to give us an estimate, because we are very satisfied with the work of My Plumber representatives.
