Compressor broke down on a Hotel day. Among 3 estimates, Your Plumber was the only one ready to replace the whole system the following day, plus provides window units while the installation was going on. However, at the end of the day, I noticed that the condensation line was not draining properly and told the installer, I also tried to reach Matthew Brown by phone that evening and several times during the following days, but he never returned my calls. The installer did call for emergency service before he left, and shortly thereafter help arrived. What puzzled me, however, was a - in my opinion - very high quote for this service, which was then reduced to zero. Well. At least there is no more puddle on my utility floor. But it looks more like a temporary solution. And I still have not heard back from Mr. Brown. He also had them move the furnace around, which makes it next to impossible for me to access the storage area behind. more
