Unlicensed plumbers 4/20/2018

I got an estimate from them awhile back and want to point out the tech wasn't licensed. He basically told me MyPlumber hires unlicensed people to work under the company license. Not sure if this is illegal or what but the point is the people they send to perform tasks that require licensing, may not be experienced enough if they themselves aren't licensed. more

Excellent Customer Service 1/27/2017

John W. come to my home to check the operational status of two HVAC units as part of My Plumber's winter check-up. John was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He explained what he was testing, why he was testing the particular items and the significance of the test results. He eagerly answered my many questions including those about HVAC systems I am considering purchasing in the future. John represents the kind of customer service that is becoming harder to find in the USA. Great job! more
