Letter of appreciation to Mr. Daniel Delano.
Mr. Daniel Delano, arrived at our home on Monday, August 10, 2015, to give an estimate on cleaning the AC duct work, Bath room exhaust duct, Microwave exhaust duct, and dryer duct work and placing bird prevention caps on the outside ends of the duct to prevent birds from getting into the duct work.
Mr. Delano was very professional, polite, courteous, friendly, great attitude toward the customer, very customer oriented, excellent customer interface for My Plumber, very knowledgeable, answered all questions, viewed all vent outside exits, took pictures, gave us a quote, we accepted the quote, Before we could sign the agreement, Mr. Miller received a call that the duct work cleaning team was on their way to start cleaning the ducts. This was the fastest response that we had ever seen. We had called other companies and we were told they did not send people out to do estimates, so we called My Plumber which we are thankful for the fast response and for the great duct cleaning.
It was a great pleasure to have Mr. Daniel Delano in our home, everything he quoted was completed and we are very satisfied with the fast turnaround on getting the work completed.
If My Plumber has an employee recognition program, we recommend that Mr. Delano receive an award for a job well done.

Letter of appreciation to Mr. Ronald Frye and Mr. Michael Terry,
Mr. Frye and Mr. Terry arrived at our home on August 10, 2015 to clean the following, AC duct work, dryer duct work, Microwave exhaust duct work, bathroom exhaust duct work. Mr. Frye and Mr. Terry wanted to see the work locations, we walked around the house and located all work areas. Mr. Frye and Mr. Terry answered all our questions on how they were going to proceed with the work, and during the process we were shown pictures of the before and after of the work areas.
Mr. Frye and Mr. Terry were very Professional, Polite, Courteous, Friendly, and Great Attitude toward the customer, Very Customer Oriented, Excellent Customer Interface for My Plumber, Very Knowledgeable, answered all questions. Mr. Frye and Mr. Terry did an excellent job cleaning all the ductwork, we were amazed at all the dust, bird nest and lent that came out of the ductwork. Mr. Frye and Mr. Terry cleaned up the work areas when the work was completed and they went the extra mile to make sure everything was okay and was clean and placed bird guards over the duct work exit points to keep the birds out.
It was a great pleasure to have Mr. Donald Frye and Mr. Michael Terry in our home and when they have some free time I have invited them to go on the boat fishing with me. Mr. Frye and Mr. Terry were very cheerful and happy employees of My Plumber, they were hard workers, great assets to My Plumber and employees of this caliber are hard to find, who represents the company in a very professional and positive manner and has the customer at heart.
We are thankful that other companies would not send someone out to give us an estimate, because we are very satisfied with the work of My Plumber representatives.
If My Plumber has an employee recognition program, we recommend that Mr. Frye and Mr. Terry receive an award for a job well done.
