Sticker shock 9/3/2015

No issue with the quality of work. Cost was way more that expected and way more that what an internet search indicated it should cost. No receipt was provided. It was supposed to be mailed, but never arrived. Supposedly, there was a discount applied, but how would we know? Left with an overall bad feeling. more

I like the up front estimate. Thus far (3 times) they have never gone over. Nice to know before work starts, what you are going to owe, and specificallly what will be done for that price. more

Not only was the problem fixed, they found additional items that needed to be fixed (yes, they really did need fixing), and added extra steps to warn us of impending future problems. more

Just OK service 9/2/2015

As a subscribed VIP member, I was expecting better service. Our garbage disposal was cracked and needed replacing. We were charged an exorbitant amount of money for what we received. The technician promised us a quiet disposal. It's not. The new disposal shakes the whole sink when it runs. Like I said, we received just adequate service. more

Great Service 9/2/2015

I became dissatisfied with ME Flow and started using My Plumber exclusively for my rentals and residence. A tenant called to report the garbage disposal was leaking. So, I called them They are fast, reliable, thorough and honest. They coordinated with my tenant and fixed the issue. I will continue to use them. more

Great work: fast and efficient 9/2/2015

Had my AC unit making "funny noises" so I called My Plumber and had someone over on the same day. He identified the issues and solved it in less than one hour !! Fast, efficient, clean, explained me the issues & recommendations. Overall service excellent... so why not 5 stars ?? Well, if the cost was a bit lower it would have been 5 stars for sure !! more

I needed our 3rd floor tub snaked before a baby shower we were hosting....I called relatively last minute but they were able to accommodate our time line and they arrived promptly and did exactly what I asked. I've used them before this and I will use them again when necessary. Thanks for taking care of us! more

Work was well executed by technician 9/2/2015

My technicians were very knowledgable and did the work well. All areas were clean after the work was done and the technicians ensured systems installed all worked properly before departing. Only issue I had was a charge for material that was not used. I asked the technician and he informed me that the price charged was given to him by this supervisor. I do not believe the charge for PEX should be the same as copper pipe. more

I think I got ripped off 9/2/2015

It was very expensive, and in retrospect I wish I had not had the work done. They charged me $1700 to put in a tiny little pump that only has a 2 year warranty and short piece of PVC. I know I could have had the work done cheaper if I had not been so lazy and just agreed to the price. more
