Prompt Service 8/8/2015

My Plumber is usually quite dependable, and was very much so in this case as well. Their fees are in line with everyone else -No real deals here. Their service contracts, as are many other companies, are basically paying for them to come in and tell you what other services you. Can pay them for. The service man who came to my home was professional and helpful. more

Excellent Service but quite expensive 8/8/2015

Customer friendly team did an excellent job. Work was VERY expensive. 1.5 - 2 hours of labor (no parts) cost us $815+. more

I believe that some of the work performed to solve my problem was NOT NECESSARY BUT WAS USED TO RAISE THE PRICE OF THE WORK. Furthermore, the estimate I received did not detail how the price was arrived at (price of the parts, price of the actual work and cost of the service call ). I will not use My Plumber Heating and Cooling again and I will not recommend it. It was much too expensive! more

The service technician was friendly, honest, and helpful. He kept the costs down as requested and repaired the AC unit within my budget. I would highly recommend this company. All stars in my book! more

Our plumber gave good diagnosis and advice 8/8/2015

We had Thomas from Manassas MyPlumber come out because our disposal was leaking water. He explained what was wrong very clearly and our different options for replacing the unit, not trying to upsell us to a more powerful one, but giving us the choice. He was speedy and efficient, also friendly. more

Great service 8/7/2015

Jason fixed my air conditioner and did a great job. He kept me informed every step of the way and made sure the air conditioner was working properly before he left. My plumber answered my call at 8:00am and had Jason at my house within 90 minutes. more

Very professional. 8/7/2015

When the plumber arrived he identified himself and we went over the things that need attention. He gave me an estimate and went about doing his work. Two of the things he did are working great but the third task is still not working as well as it should. He told me it was probably a cheap toilet and he had never heard of the brand. The company has been in business for 70 Years. more

I was totally dissatisfied with the service I received. 8/7/2015

The technician sent to do my back flow test was on the telephone the entire time receiving instruction on how to do the test. I was told that there was no back flow but the pressure was not reading properly. I had the entire valve replaced when it was not even necessary. The price was unreasonable and when I inquired about someone coming out to do the retest, I was told that it would cost me the same. more

Overall poor service and would NOT use them again 8/7/2015

I was told that I needed a capacitor in my condensing unit. My AC was off for 2 whole days waiting on this part from normal supplier when I know there are several other places the part could have been gotten from. I wrote an email and requested a discount for my inconvenience and still haven't gotten a response. more
