We received same day service. Our repairman, Randall Pierce, was very knowledgeable, efficient and a joy to have in our home. I suspect plumbing isn't the most pleasant job, but this guy actually whistled while he worked. In addition to the needed repair, Randall went out of his way to make a requested modification to our piping. He will be our man if we should have any further problems. more

It was a weekend. There was just over an hour until company arrived for dinner. The kitchen sink chose that moment to stop up. Just as company began to arrive, so did the plumber! In short order, all was fixed! Outstanding service ... fully worth the emergency fee. more

my scheduled time was between 7am & 11am, the tech never arrived until 1pm which was 2 hrs past my time frame.! they called around 10am to tell me they were delayed, but NEVER called again. I called approx 12:45 to see if they were still coming, he was an hour away so he would arrive @ 1:45.........fortunately he showed abt 30 min later! I proceeded to tell him what the issue was, he tried to sell me a new toilet which I DIDN"T need, then quoted prices. I asked for a discount to compensate for my time of waiting past the original time!! But he was here abt 15min, put new insides in the toilet & was done! WOW cost me 270.00 (w/o discount would have been 355.00 plus) which was NOT worth it @ all, if I had known for sure the problem which the tech DIDN'T even know, so that tells me he didnt even try to fix the part that was ALREADY in the toilet, he just replaced it!! smh needless to say I probably wont be calling your company again for ANY repairs, I will find someone else who isnt out to RIP me off! I've used My Plumber for several years, and the service has always been excellent. Any problems are immediately fixed and their employees are excellent at communicating what the problem is, and laying out different ways of fixing it. Being a stay-at-home mom means finances are usually tight, and they understand this. My Plumber works with me to make sure the repairs and upkeep are within my budget. I'll keep coming back when I need a plumber. more

John arrived promptly and made a great first impression immediately. Very knowledgable, professional and courteous ! John explained to me his diagnosis of the problem and went so far to remove the parts and show me what he was concerned with. Service was excellent as always, but the price to put a new drop in bathroom sink was way overpriced, the sink and faucet cost less than installing it. Now that I see how not so hard it is to input this type of bathroom sink I will do myself next time. Any plumbing I can't do, I will always call request Joe Leffler. more

The job I called for was done promptly and on very short notice. However, the plumber noticed a 10 foot section of grey plastic water line and recommended it be replaced. Since this was an "upsell" from the expensive water heater job and he was already there, I expected it to cost around $100 extra. The charge was a whopping $300.00! I paid it but felt "taken" due to the circumstances. more

When I called My Plumber Heating and Cooling, I thought I was calling Woodridge Plumbing, a company I used many times in the past. My Plumber is still using the Woodridge website since they bought the company, which is not honest and misleads longtime clients of Woodridge. I hired the plumber to install a new garbage disposal in my home. The technician did not give me a price upfront when he started work. I inquired about the cost of the parts and his service as he worked, and he responded that they were all rolled into one but did not communicate any total cost. When he was finished, he handed me an invoice for $666 after my teacher discount and he had already checked the box that said I agreed to the price. Included in that price was an $80 fee for just coming to my home, which other companies I have researched do not charge. It was also only when I got the invoice that I learned that this company was not Woodridge Plumbing. I paid for the service at the time but reached out to the company that evening to voice my complaint. They were completely unhelpful. I was told that since I swiped my card and signed the invoice, I had agreed to the service cost. I called the next day to speak to the manager and he offered a $66 discount. I said I would never have paid so much for any garbage disposal and that $600 was too much for me to spend. I even offered to give the unit back if they would refund my money. He said he would check in with the company and call me back, but he never did. I didn't get the extra discount and I still have a garbage disposal that looks like it belongs in the kitchen at the White House. Since I am a teacher, I do not have the money for this garbage disposal or the time to fight for my money back. I am very dissatisfied with the service I received and I do not recommend My Plumber Heating and Cooling to anyone. more

We've used My Plumber for all our plumbing needs since we moved into our house back in 2008. From dripping faucets to re-plumbing drains to rerouting water lines, they've gone above and beyond. Their plumbing recommendations are excellent and provide us with options for future planning. more

I have used My Plumber Heating and Cooling several times and I really like them. Most recently they sent someone over on a Saturday when I had a pipe burst. They were very prompt, and put me on an emergency basis. Like usual the technician they sent was very efficient and very professional. All of the workers they have sent have been professional, competent, and consumer oriented. They make a point to be polite and nice. I think very highly of them and their skills. They always do the job right the first time. I have never had any issues with their work. more
