my scheduled time was between 7am & 11am, the tech never arrived until 1pm which was 2 hrs past my time frame.! they called around 10am to tell me they were delayed, but NEVER called again. I called approx 12:45 to see if they were still coming, he was an hour away so he would arrive @ 1:45.........fortunately he showed abt 30 min later! I proceeded to tell him what the issue was, he tried to sell me a new toilet which I DIDN"T need, then quoted prices. I asked for a discount to compensate for my time of waiting past the original time!! But he was here abt 15min, put new insides in the toilet & was done! WOW cost me 270.00 (w/o discount would have been 355.00 plus) which was NOT worth it @ all, if I had known for sure the problem which the tech DIDN'T even know, so that tells me he didnt even try to fix the part that was ALREADY in the toilet, he just replaced it!! smh needless to say I probably wont be calling your company again for ANY repairs, I will find someone else who isnt out to RIP me off!
