I believe that some of the work performed to solve my problem was NOT NECESSARY BUT WAS USED TO RAISE THE PRICE OF THE WORK. Furthermore, the estimate I received did not detail how the price was arrived at (price of the parts, price of the actual work and cost of the service call ). I will not use My Plumber Heating and Cooling again and I will not recommend it. It was much too expensive!
