I was so impressed with the entire process. From start to finish everyone I was in contact with was, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I dropped my car in Pembroke and picked it up in Plymouth - both facilities were stare of the art and the people were stellar. Having the ability to monitor the progress with Auto Watch, was informative and helpful. This was my first accident and they put my mind a ease and my car is now as good as new!! Mr. King you have done an excellent job with selecting quality people. I am very impressed and I will recommend King Collision to everyone! Wish I could give you 10 stars! more

I am extremely pleased with the experience that I have had at King Collision. My situation was unique because it was essentially an out of pocket restoration job. The girls always greeted me by name when arriving at the office and was given excellent service from Ritch and Brian, educating me on the process and providing me with updates throughout the repair. I am very thankful that Chris was willing to take this restoration on and allowing me to have it done exactly as I wanted, his oversight definitely made me comfortable that I would be happy with the end result! The guys in the shop did an outstanding job with the repair. The mechanical, body, and paint work was done correctly and cared for with high standards. Andrew treated my car as if it were his own and was quite meticulous with it. No details were overlooked, no matter how small, and they certainly contribute to the overall outcome! I continue to notice little details here and there that were replaced and unrelated to the major repairs performed, clips and screws replaced with the correct parts! Andrew took me into the shop and went over the entire car with me to show me what was done and make sure that I was pleased with the work, even putting it up on the lift so I could see the care put in to the underside. Everyone really went the extra mile with my car and I couldn't be happier with it!! Thank you :) more

I had gotten in an accident and so King Collision Centers had to fix the rear left side. My experience was great. It took a little while, almost a month to get my car back. They checked in with me quite a bit and followed up. Everything went well. I would use them again if I needed to. I would recommend them. more

King Collision was recommended by my dealer,Iand to repair damage from hitting a deer. I called them, they were very courteous on the phone, and I was able to get in right away to talk with someone. My car was in the shop within a few days. They kept me informed at all times of how things were going. I received regular phone calls, and emails with photos on a regular basis. Things went smoothly and when I got my car back, it looked perfect. The only negative critique I'd make is that it took a pretty long time (about three weeks). But to get a job done well (and deal with insurance company red tape) that's probably too be expected. One pleasant surprise was that, as a King Collision customer, I now can bring in my car for an annual, complimentary min detail job. Very nice! I've already recommended King Collision, and will do so again. more
