I was so impressed with the entire process. From start to finish everyone I was in contact with was, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I dropped my car in Pembroke and picked it up in Plymouth - both facilities were stare of the art and the people were stellar.
Having the ability to monitor the progress with Auto Watch, was informative and helpful.
This was my first accident and they put my mind a ease and my car is now as good as new!!
