King Collision was recommended by my dealer,Iand to repair damage from hitting a deer. I called them, they were very courteous on the phone, and I was able to get in right away to talk with someone. My car was in the shop within a few days.
They kept me informed at all times of how things were going. I received regular phone calls, and emails with photos on a regular basis. Things went smoothly and when I got my car back, it looked perfect.
The only negative critique I'd make is that it took a pretty long time (about three weeks). But to get a job done well (and deal with insurance company red tape) that's probably too be expected.
One pleasant surprise was that, as a King Collision customer, I now can bring in my car for an annual, complimentary min detail job. Very nice!
I've already recommended King Collision, and will do so again.
