My experience with King Collision was amazingly smooth and efficient. They handled all the paperwork, the car went in one day and the next day they called and told me I could pick it up at 4:30. I showed up at 4:30 and the car was waiting for me outside, and it looked like a brand new car. I was very impressed with the work. more

I recently brought my car to King Collision for some multipart body repair. From beginning to end, the process was very painless. The staff was very courteous and helped me with the insurance paperwork. They had a rental car ready for me when I dropped off my car for repair. Though the car was in the shop a little longer than anticipated, , they updated the website everyday with pictures and the stage in the process that they were in. Picking up the car was just as easy. My repaired car was clean inside and out, looking and smelling like new! more

I cannot say enough about the professional manner in which King Collision handled the repair of my vehicle. From the first visit in through the pick-up, I was kept well informed about the status of the repairs. Just an excellent, top-notch operation that I couldn't recommend any higher! more

The folks at King Collision are great! I dealt with the folks at the Pembroke office. It started when I first scheduled the repairs. They were quick to get my car looked over and to schedule the work. The offices were clean and very inviting. When I dropped off my car, they made sure to have a rental car right there for me. During the repair, they kept in touch with me to let me know how my car was doing. I will definitely recommend King Collision to my friends and family. more

It took an awfully long time to get the work done at King Collision Centers, but the work was incredibly good. I have had this experience with them several times, they keep going back to the insurance company to get different quotes and it is a long process. But they keep you informed and do very good work. I have been going to King Collision Centers for years without any problems. They are helpful with the rental, they protect my interests against the insurance companies, and they get the car back looking the way I want it. Some colors are harder to match up. With metallic reds and blacks, it's hard to get a good match, but I have always experienced a good color match on the work they've done. more

I have taken both my vehicles to King Collision for repairs due to regular use and unfortunate accidents. From start to finish the service was excellent. They contacted the insurance companies, arranged for a rental, provided accurate and fair estimates (less then the dealer would have charged) and repaired the vehicles to like new conditions. I will not hesitate to bring back my vehicles for repair if needed and would recommend their services to anyone needing repairs done. more
