King Collision Center was very good. I even went back again after the first time using them. They put my car back together and helped me with car rental. They were very sympathetic, especially the second time. The second time it was over $10,000 worth of damage. It took awhile to get fixed, but that is not their fault. There was extensive damage done to the car, and we had to wait for parts. They kept me updated. The car looks awesome. I think you will be happy using them. more

I think that King Collision Center did a very, very good job. The only thing was that the car was down for a long time, 3 weeks, and I thought it was going to take a lot less time. The car is in great shape though; they did a great job. Their work is excellent, I just thought it was going to be ready sooner. Maybe they had to get parts. The damage to the car was almost $9,000, and the whole right hand side of the car was gone. The people I bought my car from recommended them, and I think they did a great job putting it back together. You can't tell anything was wrong at all. Even the paint matches exactly. more

After my first experience with King Collision Center, it's the only place I'll ever go. They explain everything to you and they tell you when your car is going to be done. If they tell me it will be done tomorrow, it will be ready then. They are awesome. You feel good going there. They put the work they do on the computer so that you can see the progress. My car was in the shop for 21 days and I was able to go on the computer every night to check the work they did that day and see when it would be done. You know what is going on and you are not left out in the cold. I can't say enough good things about King Collision. They are always there when you walk in. You don't have to sit and wait 20 minutes. There is always someone to come talk to you and answer your questions. Also, if you have a rental car, they take care of returning it for you. They take care of all of those little headaches that you don't want to deal with. When I got my car back, everyone who saw it asked where I had it fixed because it looked like brand new. I would definitely recommend King Collision. Go there first and talk to them. You probably won't go anywhere else. Rick Campbell more

King Collision in Pembroke, is the only place I would take any car to be repaired. I have used them before and always been exceedingly satified with the workmanship. The office staff is as polite and efficient as could be, and the service manager is most helpful and reassuring. Job well done !! thanks once again. more

I think they were very professional, very fast, and not too pushy, which I appreciate. They made it very easy for me. They even made arrangements for the rental car. They were very good. I was recommended to King Collision Center and I will recommend them to others. more

Brian was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. He thoroughly explained the process when I first arrived and then explained what was repaired on my vehicle when I picked up my car. My only complaints were I was initially updated with a call to say there was more damage than they had anticipate and that woman said I would receive another phone call in a week and I never received a call, I had to call and request an update a week and a half later. My other two complaints are that it took a really long time to repair my vehicle which I hadn't expected based on the size of the damage and their hours are not convenient for pickup after work as they're only open til 5pm. more

I can't thank King Collision enough for the great work and the great service I experienced recently. The car looks amazing and both ladies in the office were so helpful and friendly every time we interacted. Given my funky situation (rear-ended twice in 2 weeks!) everyone was so, so supportive as I went through a trying time. THANK YOU King Collision. You have a new, life-long fan. more

When my wife got in a collision with her BMW it took us 3 months to get her car back from the shop working on it. When I took my truck to King Collision Center the whole process only took about 5 days! While my truck is no BMW, at the end of the day King Collision Center made it painless with no hassles. I met Chris and set an appointment for 2 days later. At that point they had the parts we needed, and I am pretty sure I had the car back by that Friday. The whole thing was probably 5 days. A guy had crashed into the back of my truck at 30 mph while I was stopped. There were about 4 large pieces they had to replace, including the hatch, the bumper, and the computer sensor in the back. It wasn't an easy job, and I'm sure it took some time to do. However, they made it easy. I never had to sit around and wait. Even renting a car went smoothly. It was like it was choreographed. My insurance guy asked me who did the job because he felt it went so smoothly. They were professional, clean, and courteous. It was absolutely amazing. I hope that I don't have to use their service again, because I don't want to be in an accident, but I would recommend them in a heartbeat. David Boyle more
