the completed job was good considering the major damage. the vehicle has extensive work, dust inside the car took multiple washing and details to clean up at home. customer service was great, the claim was handled professionally. Many years ago, I used the Plymouth facility and had excellent results. When my son caused some damage to my car, I had no hesitation to use the Pembroke facility which is now closer to me than Plymouth. I was not disappointed. From the second I walked in, I was treated with the utmost courtesy and the service as well as the work performed was professional and efficient. I wouldn't hesitate for one second to return if the need arose, and I recommend them highly! A fun factor is, you get to watch the progress of the repairs with daily pictures where you can see what a thorough job they do! more

The repair work done to my car was fantastic. All of the insurance calls etc. were handled for me. The only negative comment I have is that I paid for a detail of the car. It looked great when I picked it up. When I got home and put the third row seating back to it's sitting position, I found thay they did not vacuum that part of the trunk. Pine needles from my Christmas tree was what I was trying to gety rid of. more

King Collision Centers did an outstanding job, and quickly. They did body work for my vehicle after being rear-ended and I didn't have to worry about anything but dropping my car off. They dealt with the insurance, fixed my car, and gave it back to me in good condition. Great service. more

There was a scrape and a dent on the right side of my car, and King Collision Centers did a good job of repairing it. I had to wait about a week or so, but the work was done well. more

From the time I contacted King Collision in Plymouth, the service couldn't have been better. I scheduled an appointment to have my car looked at that worked for me, the parts were ordered, I was contacted to drop my car off, Dawn in the office helped coordinate the rental car, and I dropped it off about a week later. The rental was there waiting, I was given an outline of what would happen and about how long the repairs were expected to take, and I was back to work, on time. I received a few e-mails with photo updates on the work being done, which is a neat feature you provide. I received a call a few days later that my car was done, I came in, Wendy was there with the paperwork ready, explained the guarantee of the work, and my car was sitting by the door, all shiny and new looking! Paul reviewed the work done, asked if I had any questions (which I didn't), the repairs looked great to me. I got inside the car and was even MORE surprised to see the interior so clean! To top it off, a ring that my daughter thought she had lost 3 months ago was sitting in the center console! Thank you so much, from beginning to end!
