From the time I contacted King Collision in Plymouth, the service couldn't have been better. I scheduled an appointment to have my car looked at that worked for me, the parts were ordered, I was contacted to drop my car off, Dawn in the office helped coordinate the rental car, and I dropped it off about a week later. The rental was there waiting, I was given an outline of what would happen and about how long the repairs were expected to take, and I was back to work, on time. I received a few e-mails with photo updates on the work being done, which is a neat feature you provide. I received a call a few days later that my car was done, I came in, Wendy was there with the paperwork ready, explained the guarantee of the work, and my car was sitting by the door, all shiny and new looking!
Paul reviewed the work done, asked if I had any questions (which I didn't), the repairs looked great to me. I got inside the car and was even MORE surprised to see the interior so clean! To top it off, a ring that my daughter thought she had lost 3 months ago was sitting in the center console!
Thank you so much, from beginning to end! I hope to not need to have my auto repaired again but if I do, you'll be getting a call from me.
