This was my second experience with King Collision. After happily dealing with them quite a few years ago, I knew thats where I wanted to take my car after a recent accident.
From the minute I walked through the front door, I was impressed by the extremely high level of customer service. The ladies in the front office were friendly, efficient, empathetic and very professional. No matter what my questions were, they were answered happily and thoroughly by anyone I encountered. No matter how busy they may have been, I was never rushed out the door, but given their undivided attention.
When I went to clean out my old car (an 11-year-old Id owned since it had 62 miles on it!) which had been declared a total loss, The young man who came out to remove my plates for me was also very friendly and empathetic. He went so far as to give me a business card for a salesman at a local dealership when I told him I was going there the next day to look for a car. Id sort of double-parked my rental while I cleaned out the old car, so when I was finally ready to leave, another young man was walking by and I apologized for being in the way, and explained why Id parked there. He assured me I was NOT in the way and that I should take my time. These folks seem to get the fact that people do sometimes have emotions attached to these pieces of salvage.
I have been enormously impressed by the entire King Collision experience. I will happily tell everyone I know about my experience there in fact I already have.
