I had the awful experience of having my car keyed on one whole side and the entire front hood. Very deep cuts too. Brian took GREAT care of my car and it looks great. In fact, it is only 1 1/2 yrs old and it looks like the 1st day I drove it off the car lot. Thank you Brian for making an unpleasant experience turn out with a happy ending. I took my car to King Collision Centers after an accident. There was extensive front-end damage. When I got it back it looked great. They did a nice job and I was very impressed. The only thing that I was concerned about, and I don't know if it was their fault or not, but 3 weeks after they gave me the car back the fuel from the power steering started to leak. I had to pay $380 out of my pocket to fix that. more

Brian was very helpful and made me understand that the noise I heard after I got my car back was due to a brake repair need. He took the time to explain that to me. more

I've relied on King Collision Centers since about 1990 for all of my family vehicles, both European and domestic, paint and body work. My most recent visit was to the Plymouth facility and I am extremely pleased with the results! I have always found the paint and body work at King Collision Centers to be equal to or better than factory. Special thanks goes to Andrew Ippolito, the technician / electrical wizard, who treated my vehicle as though it were his own! Even details that can not be seen and never will be seen, were carried out with exacting precision! Also, thanks to Dawn and Wendy, the two lovely and exceptionally competent ladies at the front desk! Lastly, to the appraiser Rich and location manager Dennis Medina. This is a very neat and well run 'state of the art' facility. Potential customers can be assured that Dennis will go well out of his way to ensure their complete satisfaction! I am extremely particular about my vehicles. Without exception, every encounter that I have had with King Collision Centers (Pembroke and Plymouth locations) has rendered them in better condition than they were in prior to any given mishap. I have also taken vehicles there for various up-grades. Again, all of their installations are performed as close to perfectly as humanly possible! Simply outstanding workmanship and customer service at a fair price! They are also quite honest! This is the first review that I have ever written. From the time you get to King Collision Centers until they're finished, they're nice and they help you out. They'll also ask if you need need them to call your insurance company. They're just very helpful, extremely nice, and they keep you aware of what's going on with your car. They even have a place on your website where you can watch the work being done on your car. I have been to King Collision Centers several times and have never had a problem with them. The last time they had to keep my car for an extra day though. They removed and replaced the windshield and sanded and painted the roof of my car. In the end it was a good job. It was a good experience except for the blip. They are kind, courteous, and professional. more

I work for a manufacturing company and one of our pieces of equipment was damaged during shipping to the customer. We called Dennis at King Collision and he was here the very next morning. Within two hours of his visit we had a quote and they were ready to pick up the equipmetn for repair. The repair was completed in 3 days and you cannot even tell there was any damage, the paint is perfectly matched. After all of this amazing service Dennis came by our shop and was so friendly and anxious to make sure that we were happy with the job they had done. We are beyond happy and Dennis beat our expectations by a long shot. I would highly reccommend anyone have repairs completed at King Collision. more

This was my second experience with King Collision. After happily dealing with them quite a few years ago, I knew thats where I wanted to take my car after a recent accident. From the minute I walked through the front door, I was impressed by the extremely high level of customer service. The ladies in the front office were friendly, efficient, empathetic and very professional. No matter what my questions were, they were answered happily and thoroughly by anyone I encountered. No matter how busy they may have been, I was never rushed out the door, but given their undivided attention. When I went to clean out my old car (an 11-year-old Id owned since it had 62 miles on it!) which had been declared a total loss, The young man who came out to remove my plates for me was also very friendly and empathetic. He went so far as to give me a business card for a salesman at a local dealership when I told him I was going there the next day to look for a car. Id sort of double-parked my rental while I cleaned out the old car, so when I was finally ready to leave, another young man was walking by and I apologized for being in the way, and explained why Id parked there. He assured me I was NOT in the way and that I should take my time. These folks seem to get the fact that people do sometimes have emotions attached to these pieces of salvage. I have been enormously impressed by the entire King Collision experience. I will happily tell everyone I know about my experience there in fact I already have. more
