This is a high class facility! I felt completely secure that my brand new car would be returned to me looking and feeling the same as when I first bought my car. I've only been to King Collision Centers once, and the time I did go there was during the week-long power outage, so of course it took them a little bit longer for them to get my car back to me due to the storm. Otherwise, I thought they were prompt in getting my car fixed and back to me. They kept me updated through photos of my car and my car looks even better than it did when it went in! I would definitely go back there again! more

As always,a job well done. Anytime I have needed car repair after an accident, king comes through for me. They are great in sending me updates ss to where the repair isin its progress. They deal directly with the insurance company,the rental agency and are apleaxure to deal with. more

My experience with King Collision Centers was just fine! I've worked with them before for other damage, so when I was rear-ended, I took my car into their shop. They were going to replace the bumper and do some dent removals and paint touch-ups for me. They had my rental car ready for me when I dropped off my car, which I thought was great! They worked quickly and efficiently. I think it's great that you can watch the progress of your car on the computer! When I went in to pick it up, they were still working on some of the smaller repairs for me, so I had to wait while they finished. But they did a fabulous job! They are awesome! more

I had an issue witht he renatl car company that King Collision recommened. After repeated attempts to have the problem resoved directly with the rental company with no luck I contacted Dennis in King Collision's Plymouth location. He really stepped up and got the problem taken care of. He knows how to help his customers. Thanks Dennis!! more

Excellent Service and friendly helpful staff more

Everyone I spoke to/came into contact with at King Collision provided me with excellent customer service. They were always friendly and willing to help. I only wish they had told me my car was totaled sooner - I'm in a bit of a crunch now to find a new one. My car was sitting around a little longer than it needed to be at the shop. They apologized for the wait, and gave me some helpful information on what to do next. When I went to empty my car, an employee named Louis(?) helped me get my belongings. He was wonderful! This had been my first and only car for the past eight years, and Louis made the whole process much easier to handle. Hopefully I won't need another collision center anytime soon, but when and if I do, I'll bring my car back to King Collision. more

THe phone conversations I had with everyone I spoke to there were extremely courteous, helpful and informative. The only comment I would make to exress what would have made the experience 100 satisfactory would have been to have received updates on the status of the claim that my car was in there under. I had given my e-mail address for that information and was away on vacation the week the car was in there being assessed for damage. I didn't receive any and it required 3 calls from me to know what decisions were being made about whether or not the accident I was in that resulted in the car being there, deemed the damage a "total" or not. Understanding these things take time, a phone call or e-mail saying "the decision is at this point.... (whatever it was)" would have been helpful to know whether I needed to start thinking about looking at buying a new car or not. Having to call you for that information 3x (and with no answers until after the car had been there 10 days) was a bit much. When it came time to get my belongings out of the vehicle though this past Thursday, the staff there couldn't have been more helpful. I would definitley use you again, but I would hope for more consistant updates (even if there are none)to the status of the repair/decision about the car. Thank you, overall, for a very good experience. more
