THe phone conversations I had with everyone I spoke to there were extremely courteous, helpful and informative. The only comment I would make to exress what would have made the experience 100 satisfactory would have been to have received updates on the status of the claim that my car was in there under. I had given my e-mail address for that information and was away on vacation the week the car was in there being assessed for damage. I didn't receive any and it required 3 calls from me to know what decisions were being made about whether or not the accident I was in that resulted in the car being there, deemed the damage a "total" or not. Understanding these things take time, a phone call or e-mail saying "the decision is at this point.... (whatever it was)" would have been helpful to know whether I needed to start thinking about looking at buying a new car or not. Having to call you for that information 3x (and with no answers until after the car had been there 10 days) was a bit much. When it came time to get my belongings out of the vehicle though this past Thursday, the staff there couldn't have been more helpful. I would definitley use you again, but I would hope for more consistant updates (even if there are none)to the status of the repair/decision about the car. Thank you, overall, for a very good experience.
