Everyone I spoke to/came into contact with at King Collision provided me with excellent customer service. They were always friendly and willing to help.
I only wish they had told me my car was totaled sooner - I'm in a bit of a crunch now to find a new one. My car was sitting around a little longer than it needed to be at the shop. They apologized for the wait, and gave me some helpful information on what to do next.
When I went to empty my car, an employee named Louis(?) helped me get my belongings. He was wonderful! This had been my first and only car for the past eight years, and Louis made the whole process much easier to handle.
Hopefully I won't need another collision center anytime soon, but when and if I do, I'll bring my car back to King Collision.
