I am extremely pleased with the experience that I have had at King Collision. My situation was unique because it was essentially an out of pocket restoration job. The girls always greeted me by name when arriving at the office and was given excellent service from Ritch and Brian, educating me on the process and providing me with updates throughout the repair.
I am very thankful that Chris was willing to take this restoration on and allowing me to have it done exactly as I wanted, his oversight definitely made me comfortable that I would be happy with the end result!
The guys in the shop did an outstanding job with the repair. The mechanical, body, and paint work was done correctly and cared for with high standards. Andrew treated my car as if it were his own and was quite meticulous with it. No details were overlooked, no matter how small, and they certainly contribute to the overall outcome! I continue to notice little details here and there that were replaced and unrelated to the major repairs performed, clips and screws replaced with the correct parts! Andrew took me into the shop and went over the entire car with me to show me what was done and make sure that I was pleased with the work, even putting it up on the lift so I could see the care put in to the underside.
Everyone really went the extra mile with my car and I couldn't be happier with it!! Thank you :)
