I recently purchased a vehicle from Honda of Concord after a long search. I am pleased to recommend Tom T who worked with me without being pushy. Both before and after my purchase he spent time teaching me about the options on the car and training me to work all the many electronic options. I strongly recommend Tom to anyone in search of a vehicle. Also, kudos to one of the nicest men, Greg Maynard, and all his kindness in assisting a smooth purchase. Greg is such a kind person! Sid Villarreal was great working with at Honda Cars of Concord. Everyone was very nice and did not pressure me at all on my purchase. I have owned many cars but my favorite is a Honda Odyssey. I sold the one I had to my son when his second child was born and he needed a bigger car. I missed it so bad that I went and bought another one. more

Robin O. was fantastic. My husband took our 15 year old daughter out to all the local dealers with the understanding that they were just testing out different vehicles to help us make the decission on what we wanted to get her. All the sales people were told that we were a few months away from her 16th b-day and would not be making a purchase until then. All were told not to pressure us or we wouldn't be back. When they were shopping my husband made it a point to tell the sales persons that we were the unltimate authority but that we want to know what SHE wanted. Of everyone that help them that day Robin is the ONLY one that talked directly to our daughter, and because of her we knew what we were looking for. on 10/1 we gave our daughter a 2008 Honda Accord! Last Saturday I went to Honda of Concord with no plans to lease/purchase a new vehicle. I just wanted to get some ideas and numbers. I had not bought a new car since 1998 and I was scared and nervous to actually go through with purchasing/leasing a new vewhicle. I had three car dealership appoinments that day,I never made it to the other two dealerships. My sales associate Tom Teiro at Honda of Concord was excellent and worked hard to get me the deal I was looking for. I had in my mind what I need/wanted and how much I was willing to spend/lease a vehicle for. He was very patience with my somewhat unrealistic demands/crieteria. In the end he got me the most awesome deal, better than I had ever thought possible. I am very thankful that I selected this dealership as my first stop on Saturday and that God was watching over me when he had my path cross with Tom Teiro. I will never forget the compassion, professionalism and understanding that Tom and Honda of Accord showed me that day! Ever more

Robin Owens is the MOST enthusiastic sales person I've ever met. She's extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and NOT pushy or demanding. This is the second honda we have bought from Honda of Concord. Both times they have been extremely friendly and helpful. We bought a 2013 Honda Accord EX-L, and though I've only had it for a day, I'm beyond thrilled with it. The technology and safety features in this car and unbelievable, but what's even better is that I now know how to fully work all of it. Robin took the time to explain all the technology to me and my mom before we even bought the car. She said she had been through 6 hours of training on everything on the car. It's one thing to have a new car with great technology, but it's something completely different when you leave the lot knowing exactly how to use it all! more

My car buying experience with Honda of concord was smooth and actually got the price I was looking for Odyssey 2012. There was no hard press in selling their stuff. I got the initial quote from Mr Gerard through internet and when i went to meet him at the dealership, he was busy with other customer but he was kind enough to arrange another sales person Mr Perry Flyth to work with me. Mr Perry took effort to show us the van details and different colors and having good knowledge to answer our questions. Thanks to Mr Perry Flyth who worked hard to get me the good price and also got the additional accessories like floor mats, mud guards & cargo tray & etc which are included in the final price. I would recommend this dealer to my friends who are looking for new or used cars. more

Amazing Experience 8/17/2012

I just leased a new Honda CR-V from Honda of Concord, from Tony Montana. I want to thank Tony and the entire staff for the ease of the transaction. I was able to get qualified online, solidify the deal over the phone, and simply pop in to complete the paperwork. This was extremely helpful to me, considering I have a two year old and a 7-month old. \r \r The inventory was far larger than what you see on the front lot. Everyone was pleasant, and the experience was unlike any car dealership I have ever dealt with. I would recommend Tony and the Honda of Concord team for your next car purchase/lease. We were already familiar with Honda of Concord and their customer service due to taking our 1999 CRV in for routine maintenance. We were in the market to buy a newer vehicle, but still keep the CRV because it is still running great. We had already done our research on the car we wanted to get (2012 Honda Fit Sport), so we were well informed before stepping foot on the lot. We had requested an online price quote, and Gerard Apadula was the one to give us a call (We were actually on the way to the dealership at the time - a Sunday). more

My husband and I bought a new Fit from Honda of Concord this weekend, and we couldn't have been happier with the experience. Tom was very friendly and helpful, and was not pushy at ALL - very impressive! He gave excellent advice and was very knowledgeable about the cars we were considering, while letting us make our decision with no pressure. The whole experience was amazingly pleasant - it was actually fun. The dealership is huge but everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. more

I had an appointment with Yolanda Williams. Ms. Williams was and is very professional to work with. I told her my situation, I work two jobs and on average I'm on the go seven days a week. The reason I met with Ms. Williams is due to my 1999 Mercury Villager with 223,863. miles had died. What I wanted was a Honda CR-V. What I got was more that expected. What I received was a 2011 Honda CR-V that had only 12,108 miles when test driven and with the help of Ms. Williams and Tim Monde Honda of Concord's Business Manager I was able to complete the purchase. THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! Ms. Williams and Mr. Monde I'm looking forward to many years and many miles of GREAT service. more

If you are looking at getting a used car from these people, HEED MY WARNING!\r \r So initially we looked at a 2005 Ford Focus which was shown in inventory. We were told the car was shipped from South Carolina that day and would be on the dealership lot. When we arrived, they had a Blue Focus out there for us to see...but it was a 2010 used car, with broken interior parts, and they wanted $17000 for it! Not a good start...\r \r After getting it straightened out that the car was in fact STILL in South Carolina, we decided we could get it brought up to the Concord store...for a fee. Problem is, it requires a deposit, and a promise of sale. If you sign that, you can't get out of the deal unless THEIR technicians see a fault with the car and can't repair it. See a problem with this? They wanted us to put in writing a seal that we would more
