We were already familiar with Honda of Concord and their customer service due to taking our 1999 CRV in for routine maintenance. We were in the market to buy a newer vehicle, but still keep the CRV because it is still running great. We had already done our research on the car we wanted to get (2012 Honda Fit Sport), so we were well informed before stepping foot on the lot. We had requested an online price quote, and Gerard Apadula was the one to give us a call (We were actually on the way to the dealership at the time - a Sunday).
