I recently purchased a CR-V from Honda Cars of Concord, and it was a pretty good experience. It was difficult to get a salesman to help us because they were very busy, but once we found someone, we were given adequate attention. Our salesperson took us for a test drive and gave us a lot of information about the vehicle. He was the least enjoyable part of the experience, but they have an awesome service department! They are very concerned about having high survey scores, so they go the extra mile to please the customer. For instance, we were only given one key when we purchased the vehicle, and when we went back to get the other one, they couldnt find it. We waited 45 minutes only to find the key making machine was broken. To make up for the lost time, they gave us a free detailing on our car.
PROS: Not much hassle, outstanding service
CONS: It's still a car dealership, but a good one
