Honda Of Concord

I bought a 2005 Honda Pilot from this Honda dealer 4 months ago and it was a great experience. I realIy liked that the salesman introduced himself, told me if I needed him where he would be and left me ALONE. I did not feel pressured at all. When I was ready for him he explained everything about the car, the warranty and the financing. I signed the papers that same day. The next day John called to make sure I was happy with my Accord and then again a month later. My wife is now looking at an Accord from the same dealership. PROS: salesman was very helpful CONS: nothing yet more

I recently purchased a CR-V from Honda Cars of Concord, and it was a pretty good experience. It was difficult to get a salesman to help us because they were very busy, but once we found someone, we were given adequate attention. Our salesperson took us for a test drive and gave us a lot of information about the vehicle. He was the least enjoyable part of the experience, but they have an awesome service department! They are very concerned about having high survey scores, so they go the extra mile to please the customer. For instance, we were only given one key when we purchased the vehicle, and when we went back to get the other one, they couldnt find it. We waited 45 minutes only to find the key making machine was broken. To make up for the lost time, they gave us a free detailing on our car. PROS: Not much hassle, outstanding service CONS: It's still a car dealership, but a good one more

I bought a car from Honda Cars of Concord several years back. At the time, my funds were low and I was having a hard time getting the financing that I needed. The salesman at the Honda dealership stepped right up to help. Within 2 days I was in a nice used Honda and very happy. They were extremely helpful to me and I would recommend them for a used, or new car. more

My husband and I purchased a Honda 1998 Civic from "Honda Cars of Concord" in April 1997. This was one of the best car buying experiences we ever had. No PUSHY salesman approached as we stepped out of our car. We were allowed time to look and discuss what we were interested in. When we were ready to talk we let our salesman know. He was very concerned that we got our moneys worth for our trade. The whole dealership was very friendly and helpful. With 2 young children at the time, that was a big plus We looked at other dealerships but came back to Honda of Concord PROS: No pushy salesmen. Very friendly... CONS: none more
