We recently purchased the all new 2013 Honda Accord Sport. I can honestly say that this is one of the most magnificent cars out on the market today. It was great working with Tom Teiro and the experience was very quick and easy. Tom treated us with great respect and made sure we understood everything about the car. Honda of Concord by far is the best Honda dealership I have worked with!! Ted Johnson was very polite and respectful to my husband and myself. I drove almost 2 hours just to purchase a car from him! I passed many Honda dealerships on the way to Concord, but I would do the 2 hour trip again in a heartbeat! I was told my other dealers that the deal I was getting from Honda of Concord was a scam just to get me in the doors, but it was 100% legit!! If Ted Johnson tells you something he is going to do, take him for his word he will do it. I will admit, I am a little sceptical of salesmen, but he is not the typical ""salesman"", he is a very honest man. I will recommed Honda of Concord to anyone! more

Well folks I want to tell you that my wife and I went to Honda of Concord and I really did not want to be bothered with the whole sales pitch and all. well to my surprise that is not what I experienced. I had done my homework on the internet and I knew what I wanted and what I would pay. The salesman if you wanna call him that (I will call him a friend) made me feel like what I wanted was what was important. Needless to say I had a great experience and we purchased what I wanted. Larry Flower & Brandon : I did my homework online and went to few dealerships to get new Honda Odyssey. Both sales consultants are very friendly. They answered all of my questions until my satisfaction. Our out-the-door pricing was much lower than other dealerships we visited. We are very happy with our purchase from Honda of Concord, and would recommend it to others. more

Tony Montana, he is fantastic. During the all deal process, he was very kind and tried to give all information. The car is ready for test drive when I arrived. He explained great feature the car has. He knew exactly what I wanted. He tried to meet my price expectation. Never complain about providing other optional information (downpayment, finance, etc.) what I requested. Definitely I will recommend him to my friends. more

Pretty decent experience all in all. One of the sales managers tried to bully me about my trade, but I knew another and said if he didn't get him I would take my trade and leave. If you have any problems with sales managers, ask for David Neumann, he is FANTASTIC! I adore my new Civic, they had the color I wanted in stock, and we got the price I wanted. more

Had a great experience. Tyler Wallace was fantastic. He treated me with respect and didn't ignore me even though I'm a recent college grad. The grad program allows me to not need a cosigner which is great for building credit. Tyler ran the car through detailing twice when I pointed out that some things were missed. Amanda Aledia in finance was patient and informative. She helped explain key things for my car buying experience and allowed me to discuss them with people more knowledgable and figure out if they were right for me. Overall, great experience. Tyler made sure I was comfortable with the car and allowed me to drive it and make sure it was what I was looking for. more

The service was one of the best. sales people were not pushy, they knew everything about the car what they are selling. I was really impressed. I got best deal under 2 minutes ! (I did my home work before i went in). Price was below TMV from edmunds. This is my second from them and I will go back in future too.\r Definately I recomend this dealership more
