My husband and I did our homework and went to several dealerships to see who could give us the best price for our $ and to have a good experience buying a vehicle. Honda of Concord was our last stop. The salesman and finance manager were both very helpful and patient answering all our questions until we were both satisfied. Great service...a little sales pressure, but you have to expect that since it is sales. However, I have been at other dealerships that did press harder, so I was happy with those that I worked with yesterday. In addition, it does help to do some research about the type of car you're looking for, but they will do everything they can to put you in a car to suit your needs. I have bought 4 or 5 cars here (lost count) and will continue to go there for future buying needs. more

A great buying experience. From the salesman, to the manager, to the financial officer. No typical ""car salesman"" pressure. Negotiated a fair price (of course, you should research your vehicle and area price before stepping foot into any dealership)> I've shopped at several dealerships for cars (new and used) and I always find the least pressure and fairest deal here at Honda of Concord. more

Overall a very good experience here; biggest negative was a larger markup than most on 'dealership add-ons'-trunk tray, mud guards,etc.\r However, even with that, our out-the-door pricing was much lower than other dealerships we visited. We are very happy with our purchase from Honda of Concord, and would recommend it to others. more

Since I have had company cars for most of my career, this was the first time in a very long time I had to go through the search and decision making myself. The Team at Honda of Concord completely destroyed my stereotyped concepts of car salesmen. Brian was the best! He acted like my wants and decision mattered to him; I was not 'just a sale.' In fact everyone at Honda of Concord were so caring and friendly. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to make a car purchase. I purchased a Honda CRV and I love love love it. more

Yolanda at Honda of Concord was great. We had a car brought in for us to purchase. There was issues with the warranty since it came from a Toyota car dealership and did not have all of the Honda Parts under the hood. In order to receive the warranty we had to have it certerfied. We could not afford to change all of the items on the car to make it cerfified. Concord Honda worked with us and they were able to make it right. Yolanda was calm and very helpful. the first time that I went to Honda of Concord was last saturday. Ms. Yolanda was very helpful to me and walk me\r through all the procedures before I purchased my car. She\r made me feel comfortable and explained to me all the facts\r before I sign the papers. I informed her of what I was looking for and how much I wanted to spend, Ms. Yolanda did the rest of the work and made sure that I was satisfy by the time\r I left Honda of Concord. more

I have been shopping for a new car for a while. Looked at several dealerships in the area. Most of the time left frustrated because of the hard sale and playing with numbers back and forth. Not at Honda Cars of Concord. Gerrard was not only very helpful he did not play the ""car salesman"" games that I came to dislike very much. After deciding that Honda was the most dependable car in my price range the decision was made and it was a very pleasant day. Thanks Gerrard for all your help. \r Laura more

I've been to several Honda dealerships around Charlotte and have had some pretty bad experiences... They tell me that I need work done, that doesn't need to be done, I've even had one of them not change my oil when they said they did. Honda of Concord is not very close to where I live but well worth the drive for excellent costumer service and honest servicing. This week I purchased a new Honda, my 4th. Jim Doyle helped me through every step and was extremely accommodating. Brian in Finance went above and beyond helping me with my paperwork and finding payment plans that work best for me. Honda of Concord will continue to be the only Honda dealership in Charlotte that I will be visiting. more

I made my 3rd new car purchase from Honda of Concord this week, this time after aggressively shopping at another local Honda dealer in Huntersville, NC. There is more than buying a car than the price, Honda of Concord not only is very very competitive in their pricing, but the buying experience is dare I say easy. Between my wife and me, we've purchased 10 new cars from dealerships in 4 different states over the past 12 years - 1 Nissan, 3 Lexus', 1 Toyota, 1 Acura, and 4 Hondas. Honda of Concord is my favorite place to buy and service my cars - their sales associates are respectable, fyi Larry Fowler in the internet dept is awesome. The sales managers I've dealt with have also been fair and straight forward - eager to make the deal. Even their 'business managers' aka finance guys have been terrific. I could not be more pleased with Honda of Concord. Happy Car Buying! more

I love Honda of Concord. Thursday I purchased my 3rd honda civic from them. Back in 2009 I got my first car there. They have always worked with me and did everything they could to get me in a car. So in 2011 when my car was totaled, not my fault just saying, I went back an got me another one. Tom Sold me this one. This time I went back an traded up again with Tom. The finance dept cut my % in half. They do Great work here. Tom is a great guy, Super Nice and will answer any question you have. The whole team is amazing. A++++ more

My recent sales experience has been a nightmare. They messed up my registration; my temp tags expired before they provided my permanent tags (which I only got by having a fit about it); it took more than a month to get promised service history documents; and now they refuse to provide a remote key promised at time of sale. I will NEVER do business with them again. more

We are very pleased with the new Honda CIVIC we purchased from Honda of Concord with the help of Stacy Hicks. The new CIVIC so far is getting 37.5 miles to the gallon which beats the heck out of 18 mile per gallon I get in my F250 truck. I am now commuting to Fort Mill every day with the CIVIC instead of using my truck and I can see my cost for fuel going way down in the months to come! I am now saving my truck for what I bought it for pulling a camper and hauling things when needed, yeah! We like the way we are treated at Honda Cars of Concord and will be buying our next Honda there for sure. more

Great Customer Service!!! 11/20/2012

My original intent for my visit to Honda of Concord was to get service on my current Honda Accord ( which I purchased from them in 2009). My service experience with Donna was GREAT as usual. But the new Accord caught my eye and triggered questions which Brin R. was happy to answer. I was just looking and Brian was aware of that, he did not pressure me into anything. Well after 2 different test drives and getting everything I was wanting in a vehicle equipment and price wise, I purchased a new vehicle. I highly recommend Honda of Concord you will not be disappointed. Thanks for everything Brian. more

We had a great experience at Honda of Concord. Our salesman Barry went the extra mile - literally. He drove 4 hours to South Carolina to get the 2013 CRV in the color I wanted and then brought it to my office. We're very happy with the experience. And I LOVE my new CRV! more
