Robin Owens is the MOST enthusiastic sales person I've ever met. She's extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and NOT pushy or demanding. This is the second honda we have bought from Honda of Concord. Both times they have been extremely friendly and helpful. We bought a 2013 Honda Accord EX-L, and though I've only had it for a day, I'm beyond thrilled with it. The technology and safety features in this car and unbelievable, but what's even better is that I now know how to fully work all of it. Robin took the time to explain all the technology to me and my mom before we even bought the car. She said she had been through 6 hours of training on everything on the car. It's one thing to have a new car with great technology, but it's something completely different when you leave the lot knowing exactly how to use it all!
