First time customer 2/16/2014

Hi there, I bought my car in Auburn, CA (moving there soon) but i was in the area (Concord) and i called in and they told me that i just could come in and that they will take care of me. The service was EXCELLENT! Kim helped me out and he explained to me what needed to be done and he gave me recommendations as well. The waiting are had some coffee, water and it was very nice and comfy. I appreciate all the help and the nice staff as well. Thank you very much. more

Good and Not So Good 2/14/2014

Overall the auto service was fine. The waiting area can and should be improved. Had to endure the burnt popcorn smell with the back door opened, very cold that morning. Recommend removing it from waiting area. Not much added value. The coffee pot was also near burning, about 1/2" of thick coffee in it. I cleaned it and made a fresh pot of coffee. Coffee was fine. Recommend replacing it with a single pot coffee machine with auto shut-off feature. A commercial unit with four warmers has no added value, wasteful. more

I purchased my car new from this dealer. They do just about all of my service. They are always up front, quick and I've never had to go back to have them correct something. I would recommend them. I used to avoid dealers as they charged too much and I always suspected they were trying to pull one over on me, but I really like this dealer. more

Took care of everything 2/12/2014

I brought in my 2013 Escape for normal service and to figure out where an annoying rattle was coming from. They were very efficient in getting the normal stuff done quickly then started work on the rattle. I took the technician on a quick ride and he came up with a number of possibilities. They investigated each one until they found the cause, fixed it, tested it, and retested it. Was also able to use their shuttle service to and from the dealership to my house. more

Great Service 2/12/2014

I've purchased three Fords in 2013. Two from Concord and One from Livermore Ford. I will always buy from Concord from now on. The Livermore Dealer has terrible service and I have to bring the car I purchased there to Concord to get serviced. Concords sales, service and financial are hands down the best. more
