Don Tuller is a very important asset in your service department. I respect his enthusiasm in dealing with his customers. He is always all smiles and very receptive. My overall experience was so good. When I dropped off my car : The very moment I parked in the driveway Don was already on his way to to greet me. He attentively noted and Jotted down my concerns and I was out of the place and in a shuttle on my way to office in a breeze. When I came back to pick-up the car. the receptionist briskly got my clean and shinny car and droved into the concourse. more

Quality Friendly Service 1/29/2014

I had new tires put on my Explorer. The staff makes you feel welcomed, they work quickly, I like the popcorn dispenser and coffee in the waiting room. Everything is clean and they update you as to the status. Thank you Future Ford! more

Started out on wrong foot but ended up on a good note 1/27/2014

We had made an appointment for maintenance for 2:30 PM on a Friday. We got there dropped the car and was given a courtesy ride to Claim Jumper's so we could have lunch while we waited. We got back adn the car was not ready until close to 5:30 pm. We spoke with the lady that checked us in and inquired about the point of making an appointment if we had to wait just like the walk-ins. She was able very kind and understanding and immediately worked to resolve the situation. She comped us the maintenance adn gave a car wash and a future coupon for a detailing. We appreciated her kindness and willingness to help us out. more

I recently leased a 2013 f150 fx4 and tee was my sales associate. Tee was very knowledgable and very helpful. I've bought many cars and this was the best experience I've had and I will definitely be back to purchase my next truck from concord ford even tho i live in livermore. more
