Bought a brand new 2014 Ford Explorer and the entire staff at Future Ford Concord made the experience 'first class'. Sales managers Steve and Saliman were very helpful and courteous. They came out and introduced themselves to me and made me feel comfortable and appreciated. F&I Fabian was very professional and respectful of my time while reviewing my financing options.
