Great service 3/14/2014

Came in because my car was broken into. I was able to bring my car in that same day to get a replacement window, and was able to leave with my car the same day. Price was as quoted over the phone. Great service, highly recommended. more

I didn't have an appointment, but the way my schedule went that day, I had a little time to get my routine service done. The staff at Future Ford of Concord got me in quickly and the service was completed while I waited. The service writer was helpful and knowledgable. more

FANTASTIC WORK 3/12/2014

I came in on a Wednesday morning to have my 2013 Ford Explorer looked at due to a leak in the back window. Kim greeted me right away, diagnosed the issue within a few hours. He then gave me a proper time frame, put me in a rental car free of charge, and gave me several options for the end repair. Kim was absolutely fantastic at coming up with the best solution for me, was patient with me throughout the process, and was friendly and personable. I would highly recommend the service department and Future Ford and I can promise you that if I have any future issues with my car I will come straight to Kim! Thank you again! more

I was a "walk in" service cusomer and the service department did my service while I waited. they estimated 90 minutes and hit the time on the head. more
