Great service as always 5/8/2014

Exceptional service as always here. Dropped off car for front breaks, and then went for a run. Maribel had no issue stashing my backpack while I was out running. I got a call while I was still far out that my car was ready. A good 30 minutes earlier than expected! Then got a great burrito recommendation from Chris for my post run meal. As always, awesome service. more

I have had several great experiences with the service department everyone going above and beyond to meet all expectations. However I feel I cannot give 5 stars as much as I am dying to because every time I pull up to drop off my vehicle there is an awkward delay for someone to come out to the car who usually has to go find someone else ... A few times there has been no one come outside in so long so I go inside and they say they will send someone out with a long awkward wait. One time I had three to four different people ask me of I had been helped and then proceed to "go get someone". Really great service and a place you can tell their customers are important to them just feel the drop off process is over looked. more

I greatly appreciate the service I have received at Concord Ford. I do have one question though. In my last visit, I had the oil changed on my Ford Fiesta. A few days after the oil was changed, the Change Oil light came on in my car. Is it possible that the mechanic forgot to program the oil change in the car? more

No judgments, this man started working with us as soon as my wife and I approached. I was in a green lantern t and sweat pants looking like I just need to go to the parts counter. Eugene worked to find the exact car we wanted with the exact options we were looking for. When it came down to talking price it was as smooth as it could be. We told him what would work and what wouldn't and they got it right. I can't say enough about this man. If you are in the market for a Ford or Lincoln don't see anyone else at any dealership this dude will take care of you. 5 star guy at a 5 star dealership! more

It was okay as for speed; however, I was delivered my copy and told my car was coming out shortly. I then waited for 5+ minutes outside, but no car. Then my service guy came out and said it would be there in seconds. After another 5+ minutes, they did finally bring it out. I was given expectations that were not met. more

I have been to Future Ford of Concord 3 times since Dec 2013. Each time I experienced warm and friendly service. My questions were answered and the sales team were very patient. They did not use aggressive tactices for a sale and instead really wanted to make sure that I was informed on the vehicles so that I would be confident in my decision making. I would like to recoginize three people. Reuben who was my first sales person and got me started on the passion for a ford vehicle. Nest is Mitch who worked with me on more than one occassion and then lined me up with Ben to asist me one my only day off. Ben was outstanding and walked m,e through everything. He really worked with me through the negotiation process and was quick to get answers to my needs and concerns. Ben personalized the experience and offered support towards anything that Ii amy have questions in for the furture. A great team! Thanks Reuben, Mitch and Ben! more
