I am a first time buyer, had a nice experience from start to finish. Our sales person, Sal, was professional, honest and up front which I valued very much. Also, the finance manager, Steve, mirrored honest work practice during the lengthy contact signing and offered special warranties. Overall, my experience was excellent and thank you again! more

A part needed replacing and it was done at the time I was told. Maribel was very good at getting all the information from me and offered free shuttle service. I was also able to use a computer to access the internet. more

I've owned my vehicle for a year and a half with a maintenance plan. The staff at the service shop is outstanding. I've dealt with Chris, Brad and Maribele who are just very friendly and helpful. They give me up to date time frames on when my car is being serviced. more

Our complaint was not being kept appraised of the delay. The work was suppose to take 1 to 2 days and took 4 full days. No explanation was offered. Adam did apologize for the lack of communication. more

Recall work 5/15/2014

I had heard about some recalls on my '14 Escape. Made reservation online to have them checked. Brought car in on time, received a ride back to work. Recalls done in 90 minutes (as promised). Got a ride from work to pick up the car. Great service all the way around. more
