Future Ford of Concord, speedy and efficient service! 6/7/2014

I came in to get my 2012 Ford Focus serviced and it took about an hour and they even vacuumed out the front and washed it for me! Great customer service. I was very pleased! more

Everyone was great to work with and made sure I got the best deal for the car I was determined to have by the end of the weekend! The price I got beat other dealerships in the area by over a hundred dollars a month savings. I appreciated the entire team who helped me from the initial test drive, through negotiation, finance and finally waving me off in my new car.
